Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with tags/labels intact.
Electronics (travel adapters, wireless mice) should be returned in original packaging.
For apparel (T-shirts, Hoodies), items should be unworn and unwashed.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized products like Print-on-demand Apparels (T-shirts, Hoodie etc.)

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for apparel items, subject to stock availability.
For electronics, replacements will be provided if the item is found defective upon receipt. Shipping fee will be charged for replacement (exchanged) item.

5. Steps for Returns/Refunds
